General:
The design of the house makes it enjoyable for parties of any number up to 10 people.
The hirer has to take all reasonable and proper care of the property and contents and leave them in a clean and tidy condition and the contents in their original place at the end of the hire period.
Hiring Charges:
Are for a 7-day period (Saturday 4.00pm to Saturday 10.00am).
Bookings:
Tentative reservations are welcome for any future date but must be confirmed when requested.
No booking can be confirmed without an advance payment of 25% of the total fee for the holiday, together with the return of this form, duly completed.
The remaining 75% and a £200.00 Electricity and Damages Deposit must be paid 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.
Substitute bookings will be accepted if payments are not made when due; and any deposit may be forfeited. We will acknowledge receipt of payment.
Damages Deposit:
A payment of £200.00 shall be paid against electricity, repairs, replacements and/or additional cleaning made necessary as a result of the hirer’s actions. At the discretion of the owners, this deposit is returnable in whole or in part, and will be repaid, if appropriate, within 10 days of guests’ departure.
Cancellation:
A signed Booking Contract, together with our acceptance of a deposit, constitutes a legal contract. Therefore, if a booking is cancelled by the hirer, the full fee for the period booked remains due. It is advisable to insure against this risk. However, every endeavour will be made to re-let on the hirer’s behalf.
