How to get here

There are 2 ferries to Mull both operated by Caledonian Macbrayne Tel: 08705 650000 or www.calmac.co.uk. You can either take the ferry from Oban which requires pre-booking and arrives at Craignure which is a 30 minute drive to the house or you can travel on the smaller ferry at Lochaline which is a 15 minutes sail and arrives at Fishnish which is 45 minutes drive to Killunaig.

We strongly recommend travelling one way on the smaller ferry which is a wonderful approach to Mull driving through the desolate and unspoilt Ardnamurchan peninnusla across the Corran ferry and through Glencoe and Rannoch Moor. Adding together the 30 minutes you must be waiting at the Oban ferry before departure, and the longer sailing, the total journey time is almost the same and much prettier.
