Welcome to Killunaig Church House
Killunaig Church House is a spacious, family house that sleeps 10 and is near the village of Pennyghael on the beautiful Isle of Mull. Stunning views across Loch Scridain to Mull’s only Munro, Ben More.
Below the house the reef is home to colonies of seals and otters are easily seen on the shore. Mull is teaming with wildlife including Red Deer, Golden Eagles and Sea Eagles and other birdlife.
Killunaig which is on the Ross of Mull is the perfect base for visiting Iona or going to Staffa to see Fingals Cave and the puffins. There are trips for watching Whales and Dolphin that leave from the Pier at Fionnphort.
Killunaig has easy access to the best beaches on Mull and offers exceptional opportunities for canoeing and kayaking around the beautiful coastline.
The house is made warm and cosy with a large woodburning stove, always appreciated after a days walking or swimming. Dogs are welcome.
Children are always delighted to discover their favourite program Ballamory is based at Tobermory where parents can also sample some of Mull’s delicious seafood at the numerous restaurants and cafes. Killunaig is not far from the award winning “Ninth Wave Restaurant”. If you decide to stay at home, we have a well equipped kitchen and large open plan dining area where you can cook some of Mull’s bountiful shell fish and local produce.
